RAVIOLI AND PEPPER 
2 med. size red peppers
2 med. size green peppers
2 med. size yellow peppers
2 tbsp. olive or salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 (13 oz.) pkgs. frozen jumbo cheese ravioli
1 (14 - 15 1/2 oz.) jar marinara sauce or homemade marinara
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs. Cut each pepper into 1/4 inch pieces. Cut off stems. In jelly roll pan or broiling pan without rack, toss peppers with oil, salt and sugar. With rack at closest position to source of heat, broil peppers 15 minutes until tender and brown. Remove from oven. Turn oven to 350 degrees.

Meanwhile prepare ravioli as label directs; drain. Pour marinara sauce into 13x9 inch baking dish. Alternate arranging peppers, ravioli and Mozzarella cheese in sauce, overlapping slightly. Pour sauce on top. Cover dish with foil and bake 30 minutes or until heated through. 364 calories per serving. Makes 8 main dish servings.
