EGGS SOUFFLE 
6 slices bread, cubed
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage, fried & drained
1 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. milk
Optional - mushrooms, green pepper, green onions

Stir all ingredients. Pour in oblong baking pan. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
