FATHER DONNELLY'S CABANARA 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 med. onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can chicken broth
2 eggs
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 c. cold water
2 tbsp. heavy cream
1 tbsp. Romano cheese
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. coarse black pepper
Noodles of your choice

Cut bacon into one inch strips and fry, reserve bacon grease. Slice onion thinly and saute in the butter and 4 tablespoons bacon grease. Combine the chicken broth with 2 beaten eggs. Combine the cornstarch and 1/4 cup water until smooth. Combine bacon, soup and eggs and cornstarch in a fry pan. Add the cream and cheeses. heat all. Serve over noodles of your choice.
