FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1/3 c. butter
8 oz. fettucini egg noodles, cooked & drained
1/2 c. grated Parmesan & Gruyere or Swiss cheese (2 oz.)
1/2 c. half & half
Fresh ground pepper

In skillet over low heat, melt butter (don't brown). Add noodles and toss well. Sprinkle with cheeses, toss gently until cheeses are melted and blended. Add half and half just to heat. Serve at once. 4 servings.
