FETTUCINI ALFREDO | |
In nonstick skillet melt 1 stick butter. Add 1 teaspoon minced garlic and saute until golden. Add 2 tablespoons unbleached flour to make a roux. Add 1 pint half and half and stir until thickened. Add more or less cream to desired thickness. Stir in 1 1/2 cups fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Serve over fettucini noodles - spinach are best. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4. |
