SOUR CREAM COCONUT CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines White or yellow cake mix
1/4 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream of coconut

Mix all ingredients together. Beat well for 3 minutes.

Bake at 350°F in 9 x 13 x 2 pan for 30 to 35 minutes or until done in middle.

Frosting:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. warm milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Punch holes in top of cake while warm and spread over cake. Then cover with 1 can Angel Flake coconut.
