SOUR CREAM COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix

Mix cake mix as directions state. Pour into 3 sprayed cake pans. Cook on 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes until done.

Icing:

18 oz. frozen fresh coconut
16 oz. sugar (2 c.)
16 oz. sour cream

Mix all together with whisk or spoon. Let set 2 hours before spreading on cake for best results. Refrigerate icing 2 hours before using.
