OVEN "FRIED" SALMON CAKES | |
1 lg. egg or whites from 2 eggs 1 can (15 oz.) salmon, drained and flaked 1 c. fresh bread crumbs 1/4 c. minced scallions 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray. 2. Beat egg with fork in a medium sized bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Shape in 8 1/2 inch thick patties. |
