OVERNIGHT FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla or French pudding
1 c. whipping cream
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 - 2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. coconut

Cook pudding according to package directions. Cover and cool until thickened. Whip cream until stiff peaks form and fold into cooled pudding. Add pineapple, oranges, marshmallows. Cover and chill 8 to 10 hours or overnight. At serving time, gently stir in banana slices, walnuts and coconut. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
