OVERNIGHT LAYERED FRUIT SALAD 
2 c. shredded lettuce
2 Golden Delicious apples
2 navel oranges
2 c. seedless green grapes
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese

Spread lettuce on bottom of 2 quart serving dish. Core and quarter the apples; slice thinly and layer over lettuce. Peel and section oranges; squeeze a teaspoon or so of orange juice onto the apples. Arrange sectioned oranges on top of apples. Layer grapes.

Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in small bowl. Spread over grapes. Sprinkle shredded cheese over all. Cover dish tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 6 servings.
