LEMON BREAD 
2 tbsp. Durkee lemon peel
1 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
Minute Maid frozen lemon juice

Mix lemon peel, sugar and oil. Beat. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Add dry ingredients. Add nuts. Bake in 2 small loaf pans, 1 hour at 300 degrees. Use enough lemon juice with 1 cup powdered sugar to make glaze. Spread on bread while still warm.
