CREAMY CHICKEN SALAD 
1 med. orange
1/3 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. poppy seed
1 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
2 tbsp. sliced celery

For Dressing: Shred 1/4 teaspoon peel from orange. Peel and section orange over bowl to catch juice. Reserve 1 teaspoon juice. Set sections aside. Combine peel, reserved juice, yogurt, honey and poppy seed. Cover and chill.

Toss together: Orange sections, chicken, grapes, pineapple, pecans and celery. Serve on lettuce or spinach lined plates. Spoon 1 tablespoon dressing atop each. Refrigerate left over dressing.
