FUDGE CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 sq. chocolate or 2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts or Grape-Nuts
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk

Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Add 1 cup sugar, flour, vanilla, eggs and nuts; mix well. Pour into buttered pie pan and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Bring the last 4 ingredients to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over cake while it is still hot.
