CROCKPOT APPLE BUTTER 
8 c. cooked and mashed apples
5 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
Oil of cinnamon

Put peeled, sliced apples in crockpot (no water). Cover and cook and stir until smooth. Remove lid and add sugar and vinegar. Continue to cook uncovered until consistency desired (8-10 hours usually). Add a few drops oil of cinnamon for last 1/2 hour of cooking. While cooking, stir occasionally.
