GINGERBREAD 
1 c. sugar
1 c. Grandma's molasses
1/2 c. Crisco (or butter)
2 eggs
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. hot coffee
1 tsp. baking soda

Beat eggs; add sugar and Crisco. Beat until light and fluffy. Add molasses. Combine flour and baking soda and spices; add to mixture. Add hot coffee. Mixture will be thin. Bake at 350 degrees in 9x12 pan.
