1 lb. sausage
3 c. Bisquick
1 pkg. Black Label Coon cheese, grated

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into small balls. Chill or freeze overnight. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven until brown, about 10 minutes.
