1 lb. ground hot sausage (pork or turkey)
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. Bisquick
Dash of Tabasco sauce

1. Place all of above in bowl.

2. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly with clean hands.

3. Form into one inch balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
