SAXAPHASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Garlic salt to taste
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
6 green onions
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shell pasta (small)

Brown beef, add sugar, salt, garlic salt and tomato sauce. Simmer 20 minutes. Chop onions and mix with sour cream and cream cheese. Cook pasta as directed.

In buttered casserole, place a layer of noodles, layer of sour cream mixture and layer of meat. Repeat. Shred Colby Cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
