DEVILED SHRIMP 
2 c. chopped shrimp (1 lb.)
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. melted butter (a little less)
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt (a little more)
Dash cayenne
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk or cream
3 hard boiled eggs, minced or sliced
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Saute onion until lightly browned. Add shrimp and all the seasonings (except Worcestershire sauce) and the flour. Stir well. Add milk and cook slowly until thick, stirring constantly. Add egg and Worcestershire sauce. Put in greased baker, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 10 to 15 minutes in hot oven. Serves 4 (O.K. to double).
