GRANDMA'S BAKED CHICKEN 
1 pt. sour cream
1 env. dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 env. onion soup mix
6-8 chicken breasts or thighs

Coat chicken pieces with sour cream. Mix the dry ingredients and spread on a plate. Roll chicken on the plate, thoroughly coating with dry ingredients. Place in a greased pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 15-30 more minutes until done. (I always remove the chicken skin to reduce fat intake.)
