SHRIMP MARGUERITE 
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, shelled
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. coarsely chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
2 lemons

Clean shrimp and arrange in shallow pan. Place garlic around and on top of shrimp. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley. Pour on oil and dot with butter. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons water over all. Bake 350 degrees until shrimp are pink (10-15 minutes).

Cut lemons in 1/2, squeeze and add juice and rind to pan. Mix all together and return to oven for 5 minutes. Serve over rice or spaghetti.
