BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. fresh blueberries

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. graham crackers
1/2 c. butter, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp.+ milk
1 tsp. cinnamon

Generously butter a 9 x 13 inch glass microwave dish, coat with graham cracker crumbs. Mix next 8 ingredients and beat well until batter is smooth. Spread half of batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle blueberries on top and cover with remaining batter. Microwave uncovered on high for 8 minutes, rotating 1/2 turn after 4 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
