MICROWAVE SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
Sour cream
Fancy shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

In glass pie plate or bowl, microwave spinach until thawed. Drain thoroughly in colander. In glass container combine spinach with sour cream (approximately 1 small container, adding more or less to taste). Sprinkle on layer of cheese and bacon bits (don't use artificial ones; they're too crunchy). Microwave until cheese melts, approximately 2 minutes. Serves 5 adults.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
