DELICIOUS FISH FILLETS 
Trout or walleye fillets
1 egg, mixed with a little milk
Cracker crumbs, rolled fine
1 lg. onion, sliced
Bacon strips
Salt and pepper to taste

Dip fish into egg and milk mixture, then into cracker crumbs. Place large slice of onion on top of fillet and wrap 1 strip of bacon around it, securing with a toothpick. Fry in Crisco until golden brown and crisp. A favorite camping recipe.
