HAM AND SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1/2 - 1 lb. pre-cooked ham, diced
8 to 10 me. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated American or Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Put half of ham, potatoes and onions in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then cheese. Repeat with remaining half. Spread undiluted soup over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on low, 8 to 10 hours. Serves 3 to 4.
