T.'S TANTALIZING CARROT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. nuts

Preheat oven to 350.

In food processor blend 1 cup carrots, 1 egg and 1/2 oil. Repeat twice adding egg last time. Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in nuts and pour into floured pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

CARROT CAKE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 box 10X sugar

Combine and blend in food processor.
