GRITS CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. quick grits
6 c. water
1 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
1 1/2 stick butter
3 well beaten eggs
3 tsp. savory salt
1 tsp. paprika
15 drops Tabasco

Prepare grits according to box directions. Add cheese. Mix. Stir in butter, eggs, salt and Tabasco. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, until set. Sprinkle paprika over top. May use 2 tablespoons grated onion instead of Tabasco. 12 servings.
