PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. butter, at room temperature
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 lg. eggs
12 oz. chocolate chips

Cream together sugars and butter. Add peanut butter and eggs. Mix well. Add sifted flour and baking soda. Add vanilla extract and chocolate chips; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet, 2 inches apart, on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Yield: 100 cookies.
