PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chunky peanut butter
3/4 c. butter (at room temp.)
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (2 c.)

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix flour and baking soda. Beat peanut butter, butter, sugars and vanilla with electric mixer. Mix until fluffy. Beat in eggs. With mixer on low speed gradually beat in flour. Mix just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8- 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheets (1 minute). Store tightly covered.
