PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. flour
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Cream sugar and butter until very light and fluffy. Add 1 cup peanut butter (not in refrigerator) leave it out overnight. Continue beating. Add well beaten eggs. Add small amount of flour. Then add baking powder and baking soda to the last amount of flour to cover chocolate chips thoroughly. Add gently to cookie mixture. Drop by small spoonful on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes until lightly brown cookies, with small crack in it. Do not overbake.
