SPARKLING RED VELVET PUNCH 
1 small pkg. raspberry gelatin
3 c. cranberry juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 qts. Sprite or 7up

Dissolve gelatin in 1 c. hot cranberry juice. Add remaining juice and lemon juice. Let cool, pour into punch bowl and add sprite and ice ring or cubes.

Serves 28 - 4 oz. cups.
