RED VELVET CAKE FROSTING 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. granulated sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. milk (room temperature)
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Cream butter, Crisco and sugar. Add 3 tablespoons flour, one tablespoon at a time. Add 2/3 cup milk. Add vanilla extract. Beat well, 8 to 10 minutes.
