LISA'S FRUIT TORTES 
This is a light and sweet appetizer or dessert. For yogurt flavors I have found strawberry, lemon or blueberry to taste best.

8 oz. yogurt (your choice)
1 (8 to 12 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 package wonton wraps
butter (melted to brush wonton wraps)
white sugar
assorted fruit (for garnish)
confectioners' sugar
mini cupcake pan

Lay out wonton wraps and brush with melted butter. Form wraps into mini cupcake pans (forming a bowl). Sprinkle cups with white sugar. Bake at 300°F until golden brown.

Mix yogurt with Cool Whip. Fill each bowl with yogurt mixture. Garnish each cup with chopped up fruit. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar to top off.
