SUGAR FREE PINEAPPLE PUDDING 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) box pineapple sugarfree Jello

Drain pineapple and add water to make 2 cups juice. Add 1 tablespoon cornstarch to liquid, bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat, add Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add crushed pineapple.
