CORN PUDDING | |
1 pt. corn, cut & scraped from cob 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. sugar 3/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/4 c. thin cream 2 eggs, beaten separately Mix thoroughly all ingredients except egg whites. At last fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into buttered baking dish and bake about 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Can double recipe using 3 cups frozen corn and 1 package Green Giant creamed corn. |
