1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. salted peanuts
1 c. peanut butter
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 c. Rice Chex cereal

Bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Take off heat and add 1 cup peanuts and 1 cup peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Add 6 cups Rice Chex cereal and mix well. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. As it cools break it into bite-size pieces. Store in tightly covered container.
