TUNA CASSEROLE | |
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna 2 c. milk 1/2 c. flour 3 tbsp. butter 3 eggs 1/4 c. cracker crumbs 1 c. frozen peas 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese Mix flour, butter, and milk to make cream sauce. Take off of stove; add beaten eggs and can of tuna. Add peas and cheese. Put in buttered baking dish and sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown. |
