CRAB QUICHE 
Pie shell
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Med. onion
1 1/4 c. Half and Half
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper

Prick pie shell all over with fork. Place in oven until slightly tan in color. Fill pie shell with crab meat, layer of Mozzarella cheese, layer of chopped onions. Beat eggs with Half and Half. Add salt, red and black pepper; pour over dish. Bake 50-60 minutes or until firm and brown. Enjoy!
