2 c. Sugar
2 c. Crisco
3 Eggs
1 c. Milk
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda (not piled up)
a dash of Salt
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together. Add enough flour so that dough doesn't stick to hands, but is not real stiff.

Bake at 400°F until brown.
