STEAK AND RICE 
1 1/2 lbs. steak, cubed
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. rice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Pepper
Dash garlic powder
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Place 1/2 stick of butter in frying pan. Place steak, onions, and mushrooms into frying pan. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. While this is cooking, in a big kettle boil the rice. Add 1/2 stick butter and teaspoon salt. After rice is done, mix the remaining ingredients to the rice. Then mix the steak mixture and let simmer together over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
