STEIN FAMILY EGG NOG 
6 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brandy
1/3 c. Jamaican rum
6 egg whites
2 c. heavy cream
2 1/2 c. milk
Nutmeg

Beat yolks until thick. Beat in sugar. Stir in brandy and rum. Cover and chill. Beat whites. Beat cream. Fold in cream before serving and add milk. Serve with a dash of nutmeg.
