EGG NOG CASA GRANDE 
1/2 qt. milk
1/2 qt. light cream
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. rum (Bacardi silver label)
Sprinkle of nutmeg

In a bowl beat egg, egg yolks and the sugar until smooth and creamy. Then add all other ingredients and beat together. Pass all of the mixture through a fine strainer. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg. 6 to 8 servings.
