CHOW CHOW 
1 gallon green tomatoes
3 quarts cabbage
4 green bell peppers
1 or 2 hot long peppers
2 c. celery (opt.)
8 med. onions
2 tbsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 tbsp. salt
3 c. sugar
Vinegar

Grind tomatoes with coarse chopper. Put in bag or colander; drain overnight. Grind cabbage, peppers, celery and onions; add to celery seed, spices and sugar. Cover with vinegar (white). Put over low heat and simmer. When mixture comes to a boil, put in hot sterilized jars and seal.
