FAIRY PIE 
18 graham crackers, made into crumbs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and press on the bottom and sides of a springform pan.

4 egg yolks
2/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour

Combine all ingredients together and cook until thick. Pour into crumb crust. Beat 4 egg whites and add 2/3 cup sugar a little at a time. Place on top of custard. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
