CHOCOLATE TOWN PIE 
9-inch unbaked pastry shell
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla extract or 2 tbsp. bourbon
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini chips
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Prepare pastry shell, set aside. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

In small mixer bowl, cream butter. Add eggs and vanilla or bourbon. Combine sugar and flour and add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Then pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden. Cool at least 1 hour. Serve warm.
