PRETZEL JELLO | |
1 1/2 c. pretzels, crushed 3 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. butter, melted 1 c. powdered sugar 8 oz. Cool Whip 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 lg. pkg. (6 oz.) Jello (strawberry or raspberry) 2 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries or raspberries 1ST LAYER: Mix crushed pretzels, 3 tablespoons sugar and 3/4 cup butter. Press into 9"x13" pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. 2ND LAYER: Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, Cool Whip and cream cheese. Spread over pretzel layer. 3RD LAYER: Mix Jello with boiling water until dissolved. Add frozen berries. Pour over layer #2. Chill until Jello is set. Cut into squares to serve. |
