GRITS CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked grits
1/2 c. butter, melted
6 tbsp. milk
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
3 eggs, beaten

Cook grits. Remove from heat; let cool for 10 minutes. Add butter, milk and cheese. Stir in eggs, one at a time.

Bake in greased casserole for 1 hour in 400°F oven.

Serves 6 to 8.
