ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
4 c. soft bread cubes
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add pineapple, milk and bread cubes. Mix well. Place in 8x11 casserole dish. Bake 350 degree oven 1 hour.
