WHOLE WHEAT BROWN BREAD 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. all purpose unbleached flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. molasses

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease (Not oil) 9x5 inch loaf pan. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir 70 to 80 strokes until well moistened. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Immediately remove form pan. Serve warm with butter, cream cheese or flavored spread. Makes 1 loaf.

NOTE: To make sour milk, combine 2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice and milk to make 1 1/2 cups.
