CHICKEN ENCHILADAS | |
1 pt. sour cream 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix 3 c. cooked diced chicken 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. chopped black olives 12 flour tortillas 1 jar salsa Combine sour cream and 1/2 of Ranch dressing mix package. Then add chicken, 1 cup of shredded cheese and olives. Spoon mixture down middle of tortillas and roll up. Place seam down in 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. |
